This Privacy Policy explains how (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information across all of our websites and landing pages, including (each a “Site”), and through the services offered on them, including book orders, Leaders Pray First (our free weekly prayer call and text reminder), and our C12 peer groups (together, the “Services”). It applies to every page that links to it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number, when you fill out a form or sign up.
- Order details when you buy something, such as your billing and shipping address, what you ordered, and any inscription or delivery notes you provide.
- Payment details, which you enter directly into our payment processor’s secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Peer group details you choose to share if you inquire about or join a C12 peer group, such as your company name and title.
- Messages you send us, such as replies to a text or email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit a Site, our website tools may record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and the link or ad that brought you there. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies, including tracking tools from advertising partners (such as Meta) that help us measure whether our ads work. 3. Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who opt in by checking a consent box. Each program’s message type and frequency are shown where you sign up. For example, the Leaders Pray First program sends non-marketing text messages from about the weekly Monday prayer reminder, 1 message per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase or of anything else we offer.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the Services, such as our website and CRM platform, our payment processor, email and texting providers, and shipping carriers who need your name and address to deliver your order. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With advertising and analytics partners, limited to the technical and cookie information described above, to measure and improve our ads. This never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.

We keep your information as long as you use the Services, as needed to complete and support orders, and as required for tax and accounting records. If you opt out of texts or emails, we keep a record of your opt-out so we don’t message you again.
